EMB Management

Associa's EMB Management, which provides services to homeowner associations and developers, added three condo complexes to its portfolio: Scudder Pond Townhomes, a nine-unit project near Lake Whatcom in Bellingham; Channel Place Community Club, a 40-unit condo complex in Bellevue and Laurel Crest, a complex in Seattle's Laurelhurst neighborhood. Dallas-based Associa says it is North America's largest homeowner association management firm, with 8,000 employees and more than 150 offices in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
