Demolition starts Monday for first phase of $2B Spring District

The developers say the live-work-play neighborhood is aimed at tech companies, and will be a big switch from what’s been built on the Eastside in the past.

Demolition starts Monday to prepare for the first phase of the Spring District, a 36-acre office, residential and retail development in Bellevue that is targeting the technology industry.
