    Potter opened this Wallingford micro apartment project earlier this year.

    In more than 35 years as a developer in Seattle, Jim Potter has built almost everything imaginable: condos, apartments, warehouses and micro apartments. Now Potter is expanding his reach with a new company: Footprint Investments, which will do projects here and outside the Puget Sound region.
