OSU-Cascades picks campus site

BEND, Ore. (AP) — An emerging four-year institution of higher education in Central Oregon has picked out a campus site.

The Bulletin newspaper (http://bit.ly/19PFy8K ) reports school officials will propose to the Legislature that it buy 56 acres on Bend's west side.
