Urban Visions may switch 200 Occidental to all office

For two years Urban Visions has been lobbying the city for permission to build 200 Occidental: an 11-story office and apartment complex on the east side of Occidental Park, but now the developer is considering a shorter building.

Permit records show the company may put an eight-story office building on the site instead of a taller mixed-use project.
