Bellingham offers permit workshop

BELLINGHAM — If you plan to lease or purchase commercial real estate in Bellingham, then here's a chance to learn about the city's permitting process.

Western Washington University will hold a free seminar on Bellingham building codes from 9-11 a.m. Sept. 24 at the Squalicum Boathouse at 2600 S. Harbor Loop in Bellingham.
