Report: 40,414 apartments planned through 2016; 63% will be in Seattle

It wasn't too long ago that Seattle was considered a one-company town.

Seattle's sole reliance on Boeing to keep the economy running is over, with Amazon.com, Microsoft, Starbucks and many others now creating thousands of jobs locally and globally.
