SEATTLE — Mark Putnam was named the new director of the Committee to End Homelessness in King County. He starts work Dec. 16.
Putnam is a director at Building Changes, formerly AIDS Housing of Washington, where he has been for more than 16 years. There, he oversaw grant-making and the evaluation of a $30 million initiative to end family homelessness in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.
