Equity gets OK for 477 units in SLU

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The Department of Planning and Development approved Equity Residential's plan to build 477 apartments in two seven-story buildings at 221 Minor and 222 Fairview avenues north.

The projects will occupy all but one corner of a block bounded by Fairvew, Minor, Thomas and John.
