Selig plans a 12-story building next to OSP

    Martin Selig Real Estate has revived plans for a high-profile project next to the Olympic Sculpture Park.

    Plans for the .43-acre site at 3031 Western Ave. have taken many shapes over the years, and property records show the latest calls for a 12-story, 100-unit residential building with 75 underground parking spaces.
