Goldsmith wants to build 15-story office tower on 108th in Bellevue

    Goldsmith’s site is between Civica Commons (on the left) and the Expedia building. At 210,000 square feet, it would be smaller than towers others developers are planning.

    Goldsmith Land Investments, a real estate investment and development company, is planning a 15-story office tower in downtown Bellevue.
