SEATTLE — Clarion Partners, a New York-based investment manager, paid $113.2 million for two six-story retail buildings called Meridian East and West at Sixth and Pike that house a Niketown store and the Regal Meridian 16 movie theater.
The seller is listed as an entity that shares an address with KG Investment Management of Bellevue. KG Investment bought the buildings in 2005 for $90.1 million.
