CHH to renovate Capitol Hill units

SEATTLE — Capitol Hill Housing announced it will renovate the Haines Apartments, a 30-unit building at 1415 E. Olive St. on Capitol Hill.

The century-old building houses extremely low-income, elderly and disabled residents.
