Trammell Crow starts Bellevue office tower

Trammell Crow Co. and Principal Real Estate Investors started construction Tuesday on a 19-story office tower at 929 108th Ave. N.E. in downtown Bellevue.

The 462,000-square-foot building is expected to be finished in December 2015, and is on track to be the first of a new crop of office towers to open in Bellevue.

LMN Architects designed the project and Lease Crutcher Lewis is the general contractor. Tom Bohman, Pete Hollomon and Lennon Atteberry of CBRE will handle leasing.

Kemper Development Co. started construction today on the Lincoln Square expansion, which includes a 700,000-square-foot office tower and is expected to be done in 2016.
