Goldsmith sells site in Bellevue for $14M

By JOURNAL STAFF

BELLEVUE — Goldsmith Land Investments sold a 0.8-acre site at 305 108th Ave. N.E. in downtown Bellevue — where a 15-story, 210,000-square-foot office building is proposed.

The buyer paid $13.5 million and is an entity related to Fana Group of Cos., a Bellevue-based real estate investment and development firm.
