Chinese-backed group plans 2 Bellevue towers with 1,000 housing units, retail

    Plus Investment USA expects to start construction by early 2016 on two towers with nearly 1,000 residential units at 752 108th Ave. N.E. in Bellevue, company CEO Kevin Corbett said.
