Next phase of Burien Town Square will be ‘inter-generational' project

Pillar Properties and Legacy Partners Residential will start construction later this year on this senior housing complex in Burien. Firefighters are using the site this summer for training exercises.

In the months and years it can take to start a new project, buildings slated for demolition on the site often sit empty, becoming an eyesore or worse.
