Pacific Raceways is up for sale

KENT — A 320-acre motorsports facility in Kent called Pacific Raceways is for sale.

The county has signed off on a master plan for the site, which calls for 1.2 million square feet of commercial space with labs and offices for automotive-based tech companies.
