Greystar has released images of an apartment complex it is planning at 425 Fairview Ave. N.
There would be two buildings — one with 24 stories and the other with seven — housing 430 apartments, 600 parking spaces and 12,000 square feet of retail.
The block is bounded by Fairview, Boren, Harrison and Republican.
Weber Thompson is the architect and The Justen Co. is also listed on project documents.
An early design guidance meeting is set for 8 p.m. Wednesday at Queen Anne Community Center, at 1901 First Ave. W.
South Carolina-based Greystar is also developing another project along the other side of the same block. That 282-unit apartment building — 400 Boren — is under construction at 400 Boren Ave. N., and Weber Thompson also is the architect for that. Compass General Construction Co. is the general contractor.
Greystar has another project in the pipeline: a 161-unit apartment complex called Uptown Flats near Seattle Center.
The company says it is the largest apartment operator in the U.S. with around 385,000 units in over 100 markets and $1.5 billion of development underway.
