Bellevue offices sold for $91M

BELLEVUE — An entity related to the investment arm of New York Life Insurance Co. paid $90.7 million for Sunset Corporate Campus, a two-building office campus along Interstate 90 in Bellevue, property records show.

The seller is an LLC managed by entities related to Obayashi USA, a U.S. subsidiary of Japanese real estate company Obayashi Corp., and Prudential Real Estate Investors.
