SEATTLE — An entity related to Prologis bought two industrial buildings in South Seattle for $63.25 million.
The two warehouse and office buildings total more than 400,000 square feet. One is home to K2 Sports and another is Uwajimaya's corporate headquarters.
The buildings are between 4101 and 4601 Sixth Ave. S. The seller is listed in property records as ADCO Properties.
The purchase includes a parking lot to the north.
Prologis, which has corporate headquarters in San Francisco and operational headquarters in Denver, has more than $53 billion in total assets under management. It owns, manages, or is developing 590 million square feet of properties.
