Crescent Heights Inspirational Living released images showing the first of two options it is considering for a new apartment complex in the Denny Triangle.

The complex will have a pair of 39-story towers, but one option would have a total of 600 units and the other would have 780 units.

The 600-unit option, shown here, would take up most of the half block on the west side of Minor Avenue, between Virginia and Stewart streets, with 7,500 square feet of retail space and 437 underground parking spaces.

An early design guidance meeting about the smaller proposal is set for 7 p.m. May 12 at City Hall, 600 Fifth Ave.

Gensler is the architect.

The larger option would have 653 underground parking spaces.

Crescent Heights would have to acquire more land to build the larger project.

Last September, Crescent Heights paid $18.5 million for four parcels on the half block site. To develop the entire half block, Crescent Heights would need to buy another 14,400-square-foot parcel that is owned by the city.

An early design guidance meeting for the larger project is tentatively set for 5:30 p.m. June 16 at City Hall.

Crescent Heights has offices in Miami, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
