Office space with views in downtown Seattle costs at least 5 percent more to rent, according to Jones Lang LaSalle.
The overall vacancy rate for view space is lower than non-view space and is tightening up faster. In the first quarter of this year, JLL said the average asking rent for view space was $38.51 per square foot, compared to $36.51 for offices without a view.
