Kenny Dudunakis of Berkadia’s Seattle office and Jim Jensen of the Tacoma office negotiated the sale of Arbor Square, a 135-unit apartment property at 606 Lilly Road N.E. in Olympia. Hamilton Zanze & Co. of San Francisco bought it from an affiliate of Bianco Properties of Creve Coeur, Missouri. The complex was built in 1989 and has a pool, hot tub, spa, gym, business center, clubhouse, game room, playground, tennis and racquetball courts.
