AMLI planning 220 Spring District units

BELLEVUE — AMLI Residential wants to build 220 apartments on about 1.5 acres in the Spring District that it bought from Wright Runstad & Co. and Shorenstein Properties.

A press release from Wright Runstad said AMLI wants to begin construction in early 2017, and finish in early 2019.
