Everett apartments sell for $42M

Owners of older suburban apartments are adding amenities and refreshing units to stay competitive.

The 264-unit North Creek Apartments sold last week for $42 million, according to broker Jones Lang LaSalle, with David Young and Corey Marx closing the deal.
