ID parking lot goes for $5.5M

SEATTLE — A parking lot in the International District sold for $5.5 million last week, King County records show. The 14,400-square-foot corner parcel is at 420 S. Main St. (at Fifth Avenue South).

The lot is near King Street Station and the transit tunnel, and shares the block with two separately owned parking lots and the recently completed Hirabayashi Place apartments, which include an affordable housing component.
