Colliers: Hot market for smaller buildings

SEATTLE — The apartment-marketing team at Colliers released a study of the in-city “boutique” sector, meaning smaller buildings with 5-50 units.

Its projection for new units to come online in 2018 has risen to 13,000. In-city neighborhoods include Ballard, West Seattle, Queen Anne, Greenlake, Wallingford and Fremont.
