10700 Northup has first tenant

BELLEVUE — The week after an empty office building at 10700 Northup Way sold for $13.4 million, Kidder Matthews announced that Bellevue accounting firm Clifton Larson Allen will lease 25,000 square feet on the two-story building's top floor.

The firm is moving from 3000 Northup Way.
