SEATTLE — Canadian developer Onni Group has moved forward in the permit process for its plan to erect two, 41-story mixed-use towers with 1,179 apartments on Denny Way.
The project address is 1120 Denny Way. The site is one of the two blocks Omni Group acquired from The Seattle Times for $62.5 million in 2013.
