Kauri, Washington Holdings buy hotel site in Redmond for $7.8M

The 177-room Anderson Park Hotel is one of several hotel planned for Redmond.

An LLC associated with Kauri Investments and Washington Holdings paid $6.3 million last week for the rest of the site where Anderson Park Hotel is planned near Redmond Town Center.
