Seneca Ventures' J&M Hotel Building set for foreclosure sale on June 2

The J&M Hotel Building on First Avenue South got a certificate of approval from Pioneer Square Preservation Board to operate as a boutique hotel.

First they lost the Metropole, now Seneca Ventures' planned renovation of the J&M Hotel Building in Pioneer Square is also headed to a June 2 foreclosure sale.
