Whole Foods still on for 1001 Broadway

SEATTLE — Although Whole Foods last week abandoned plans for a grocery at The Whittaker in West Seattle, a spokeswoman confirmed that the Austin-based company would still proceed with a new store at 1001 Broadway, in a project called The Danforth.

The 16-story apartment building is being developed by Columbia Pacific Advisors.
