Intracorp planning 315 units, retail for site on Jackson Street in the ID

Tiscareno Associates designed the C-shaped structure. Across Jackson, the Chinn family wants to build housing, retail, restaurants and a hotel.

Intracorp will show its plans next month to build apartments and retail on the 1.17-acre Acme Poultry site at 1029 S. Jackson St. in the International District.
