Big Lots site sold in Issaquah

ISSAQUAH — The Big Lots store at 1475 11th Ave N.W. has sold for $5.8 million, according to King County records. The seller was Pickering Commercial Property LLC, which acquired the property in 1996 for $2.65 million.

The buyer was 12707 Southwest Freeway LP, which is associated with a private investor with a Magnolia residential address. The same buyer is also currently redeveloping a small Fremont triangle at 3845 Bridge Way N. into a 23-unit SEDU apartment building.
