Columbia Pacific to buy Hawthorn

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Seattle-based Columbia Pacific Advisors said it will acquire Hawthorn Retirement Group of Vancouver, which owns and operates senior housing in 20 states and two Canadian provinces.

The deal involves Hawthorne's real estate as well as management and construction businesses.
