Mayor reaches deal with Bosa for long-stalled Civic Square

Mayor Ed Murray and the city’s Finance and Administrative Services Department said they have reached a new deal to restart the long-stalled Civic Square project at 601 Fourth Ave., and sent it to the Seattle City Council today for approval.

The agreement would grant development rights to Vancouver, B.C.-based Bosa Development for the full block between Third and Fourth avenues and Cherry and James streets.
