Mayor reaches deal with Bosa for long-stalled Civic Square

Bosa Development wants to build a skinnier, taller tower with housing and retail.

Mayor Ed Murray and the city's Finance and Administrative Services Department said they have reached a new deal to restart the long-stalled Civic Square project at 601 Fourth Ave., and sent it to the Seattle City Council Tuesday for approval.
