Aegis buys Dargey site for $10M

By JOURNAL STAFF

KIRKLAND — A Kirkland site at 1008 Lake St. S., once owned by convicted securities fraudster Lobsang Dargey, has sold for $10.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was a county-appointed receiver. Dargey had acquired three parcels for $8.3 million in two transactions in 2011 and 2014.
