Work to start soon redeveloping 1902 waterfront warehouse site

The warehouse will be converted to office space by Meriwether Partners, and 62 apartments will be built on the parking lot to the south.

The plan to redevelop the Ainsworth & Dunn Building, at 2815 Elliott Ave., has its land use permit, and the site is now fenced for construction to begin.
