60 units eyed for Capitol Hill site

SEATTLE — The owners of the Mercer Crest Apartments, at 524 Federal Ave. E., have filed an early plan for 60 new units on three single-family properties to the south.

They are now separately owned. The site, if assembled, would measure almost 12,000 square feet. Broadway Hill Park is immediately south of that.
