Capitol Hill project will mix housing, Vib Hotel

Vib is a Best Western brand of boutique hotels for “connected travelers.” There will be 28 apartments above the hotel.

After receiving design review approval in July, the team planning a hotel and apartment project at 1818 Harvard Ave. is now requesting phased construction permits that could potentially allow it to break ground in June 2018.
