Attollo Development plans to build a 55-unit condo complex in Ballard

  • Sightline Institute estimates that only about 500 new condo units will come on the market in Seattle in 2018-2019 — and 389 of them will be in the Nexus high rise.

    Units in the eight-story building would range from about 516 to 1,020 square feet, mostly one-bedrooms.

    Few new condominiums are being built in Seattle, and they tend to be high-rise, glass-and-concrete buildings with luxury price points, such as Civic Square, Nexus, Luma, Gridiron and Insignia.
