Pete's Wines site sells for $7.5M

SEATTLE — The building that houses Pete's Wines, at 2300 Fairview Ave. N., has sold for $7.48 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were Lynn Street/Fairview Associates LLC, an entity of the Omalanz family, which has owned the property since the 1960s.
