Bremerton complex will combine 120-room hotel and 120 apartments

Marina Square’s two buildings will share a podium with parking. The site is near the dock for the foot-ferry, which crosses Puget Sound in 30 minutes.

Sound West Group has a downtown Bremerton site under contract where it wants to develop Marina Square: two six-story buildings with a hotel and apartments.
