Maple Leaf site sells for $3.6M

SEATTLE — A corner development site at 8829 Roosevelt Way N.E. has sold for $3.56 million, according to King County records. The seller was the Goldstein family, which has owned the property for decades.

The buyer was Maple Leaf Housing Investments LLC, an entity of Emerald Bay Equity LLC. Emerald Bay's Joe Geivett previously told the DJC he was planning a five-story building with 72 units, retail and 62 parking spaces.
