HFF to sell Touchstone's Troy Block

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler announced that it will sell the Troy Block on behalf of developers Touchstone and USAA Real Estate. Fully leased to Amazon, the complex at 300 Boren Ave. N. in South lake Union has 809,000 square feet in 12- and 13-story towers. Parts of the landmarked facades of the Troy Laundry and Boren Investment buildings are incorporated into the new LEED gold structure, designed by Perkins + Will and built by Lease Crutcher Lewis. HFF said in a statement, “Troy Block represents a unique global offering.”
