Tukwila warehouses are sold for $8M

By JOURNAL STAFF

TUKWILA — An industrial property at 6750 S. 180th St. in Tukwila sold for $7.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was Southcenter Partners LLC, which acquired the property in 2004 for $3 million.

The buyer was KWDC 168 Holdings LLC, which is associated with KT Building Supply, which currently rents a building in SoDo.
