Developer sought for T Dome site

By JOURNAL STAFF

TACOMA — Tacoma's Community and Economic Development Department is seeking a developer to create entertainment and retail space on a 10.6-acre parcel at 2727 E. D St., adjacent to the Tacoma Dome.

An RFP has been issued and proposals are due on May 8. A developer will be picked on May 28.
