Berkadia sells apartments for $74M

Two complexes were sold, including The Union in Federal Way, developed in 1984 with 244 units in seven buildings.

Though the sales haven't been recorded yet, Berkadia has announced that it has sold two apartment complexes in Kent and Federal Way for a combined $74 million.
